Symra A. Cohn, M.D.

Dr. Symra A. Cohn joined Harley Street Medical after 20 years in her Upper East Side Internal Medicine private practice. Dr. Cohn has been repeatedly recognized as one of the top Internists in New York City. She has been featured as an Exceptional Woman in Medicine, listed in Super Doctors, recognized by Castle Connolly as a “Top Doctor”, and consistently included in New York Magazine’s “Best Doctor” list.

Dr. Cohn completed her premedical training at Columbia University School of General Studies and received her medical degree from New York Medical College. Dr. Cohn completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She then joined the hospital’s staff as a full-time attending physician at Weill Cornell Internal Medical Associates, and Hospital for Special Surgery, as well as the teaching staff at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University. Dr. Cohn maintains her privileges as an Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. In addition to caring for her patients, Dr. Cohn serves as Director of Medical Education at Harley Street Medical.
