Harley Street Medical is excited to welcome Dr. Karen Hart and Dr. Anne Marie Valinoti as our newest internal medicine physicians. On November 3rd, 2025, Dr. Hart and Dr. Valinoti will begin practicing based out of Harley Street Medical's new Bergen County office, located at 619 N. Maple Ave in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. Dr. Hart and Dr. Valinoti's commitment to relationship-based care and personalized, preventative medicine make them natural additions to the Harley Street Medical physician family.
Pre-enrollment in Dr. Hart and Dr. Valinoti's membership panels is available from now until the scheduled practice opening on November 3rd. As slots in their membership panels remain available prior to opening, we will be offering advantageous pre-enrollment membership rates. Billing and services will not begin until November; pre-enrolling simply reserves your spot in the membership. Harley Street Medical is a concierge internal medicine group with over 40 years of clinical experience. Our physicians are partners, advisors, and advocates for our members, providing hands-on guidance throughout their healthcare journeys.
Our physicians believe in relationship-based, individualized medicine. Smaller patient panels allow for more interactions, longer appointments, and direct physician access for patients, including after hours and on weekends. The all-inclusive membership focuses on preventative care and helping patients better navigate the healthcare system.

Because the membership includes non-clinical services such as extended appointments and 24/7 direct access to your physician, insurance will not cover the annual membership fee - this fee is paid by the patient at the beginning of the membership. However, our billing team will submit an out-of-network claim on your behalf for each clinical visit throughout the year. You may then receive a direct reimbursement for that specific visit, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Harley Street Medical’s partnership with Valley Health will allow Dr. Hart and Dr. Valinoti to continue to coordinate care and referrals within the Valley Health system and ensure a high-touch level of service for all Harley Street Medical members.
Dr. Hart’s and Dr. Valinoti’s patient panels will be capped - we can only accept a small percentage of their current patients. If interested, it is recommended that you enroll sooner rather than later to ensure that you secure your spot in their membership. Patient panels are intentionally kept small to ensure that each physician is able to dedicate the proper time, attention and resources to each patient.

The membership will go live on November 3rd, 2025. If you pre-enroll before this date, this will simply reserve your spot in the membership – no bills will be issued prior to the membership start date. We anticipate all available slots to be filled by the go-live date.
Harley Street Medical is an all-inclusive membership, so all services rendered by Harley Street Medical are included for no additional charge, regardless of utilization. You will not be receive any bills in addition to the membership fee.
